Provider Activities

The 2018 legislative session is now in its fourth of nine weeks, and offers direct service providers an invaluable opportunity to provide input that can impact early learning issues and funding. Please join us for an advocacy training to learn how you can be more involved!

WHAT: A public policy partnership through the Professional Development Institute of the Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe, United Way of Miami-Dade and The Children’s Trust.

WHY: To help secure needed funding increases in the VPK and School Readiness programs (the first real opportunity to do so since 2005!), as well as pass legislation to improve program quality and child outcomes.

WHEN: Monday, February 5, 2-4 p.m.

WHERE: United Way of Miami-Dade, 3250 SW 3rd Avenue, Miami, FL 33129, Conference Room A
