Provider Bulletin Form

Please note:


• Starting in 2026, the Provider Bulletin is published biweekly.
• Deadline is 5 p.m. every other Thursday for distribution the following Wednesday. Please check the latest Provider Bulletin for specific upcoming deadline and publishing dates (at the bottom of the bulletin).
• Please be sure to include the who, what, when, where, and why of your announcement.
• Allow two weeks' advance notice so we may process your request appropriately.

• Announcements should only consist of no- or low-cost opportunities in Miami-Dade County. Fundraising events or galas will not be included.
• The Children's Trust reserves the right to omit, edit and/or adjust your announcement for style, content and/or space considerations.
• Inclusion of announcements in the Provider Bulletin is provided as a free service to the community and does not constitute an endorsement by The Children's Trust.
