This summer, the battle of all battles goes virtual! The Children’s Trust and all the Miami-Dade Grade Level Reading Partners are looking to crown the next Great Book Warrior during the 2021 Battle of the Books.

The competition is presented by the Miami-Dade Grade Level Reading Campaign and seeks to keep students' brains active during the summer and avoid the vaunted "summer slide." This year's battle will be held as a virtual field trip with special guests, entertainment, demonstrations, prizes and, of course, the main attraction, the Book Battle.
