Short-Term Learnings: Seizure First Aid Training and Eating for Health

Join Oluwadoyinsolami Development Incorporated, the Broward County Library, the Public Miami-Dade Library System, and the Epilepsy Alliance Florida for a series of free, highly informative community workshops this October and November. Designed to be quick, easy, and open to everyone, these sessions focus on two vital community topics: • Seizure First-Aid Training: Learn the signs, symptoms, and critical response steps to protect your friends, family, and neighbors during a seizure event, as well as where to seek professional help. • Eating for Health: Gain practical strategies and tools for accessible alternative nutritional health, directly from south Florida locals. These workshops are free to attend and dedicated to providing health access and resources for all. Registration is required.
