Pamela Hollingsworth joined The Trust Board in April 2015. Ms. Hollingsworth is currently the senior vice president of Strategic Initiatives and Program Development and Performance Management with the Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe. She served previously for four years as the director of Quality Counts (QRIS) Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade.

A system consultant and non-profit executive, Ms. Hollingsworth has worked for 23 plus years helping non-profits and for-profit organizations alike, especially those with a speciality in early education programming, to articulate their missions and visions, manage their budgets; build private and public partnerships, and to meet other organizational challenges.

Ms. Hollingsworth earned her bachelor's from Simmons College and her Master of Education in Social Foundations of Education and Leadership from Florida Atlantic University

She serves on the following boards and/or advisory boards: Healthy Start Coalition of Miami-Dade; HIPPY USA (Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters); Miami Dade College School of Education Advisory Council; and the Nurse Family Partnership Miami-Dade Advisory Council.
