Youth Development Programs direct services staff delivering literacy activities (other than certified teachers) attend this training to practice the skills learned in online Introduction to Effective Literacy Instruction. This training offers peer-learning opportunities as it focuses on how to integrate literacy practices into their program activities and the use of evidence-based strategies to improve reading skills. PREREQUISITE: Introduction to Effective Literacy Instruction (Online)
