YMCA Healthy Kid's Day

Healthy Kid's Day is YMCA's yearly family fair. It will take place on Saturday, April 28, 2018, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at Picnic Park West (15151 NW 82nd Ave Miami Lakes, FL 33016). It is the nation’s largest day devoted to the health and well-being of children and families across the country. Children and families come together on this day enjoying health, nutrition, and fitness education, engaging in interactive activities and experiences designed to promote optimal health for the spirit, mind, and body.
