Bueno, Rico y Barato is a nutrition education program focused on culturally relevant, real-world, shopping and cooking experiences. Led by licensed dietitians from EatWell Exchange, Inc., using a variety of modalities, participants will learn about the importance of nutrition for a healthy life, and how to prepare the foods they like in a way that benefits the health of their families. The program meets for 6 sessions, every other Wednesday starting on May 31, 2023.
