Yoga Mornings at the New World Center, presented by Jackson Health System, is a monthly community vinyasa yoga series. To maintain the safest environment for patrons, all Yoga Mornings will be offered online via the NWS Facebook page until further notice. This free event is suitable for all levels. No advance purchase required. Make sure to have plenty of space, a yoga mat, your favorite juice, or anything else you’d like to help you get the most out of this experience.
