The ‘Miami Gardens Got Talent’ initiative offers youth participants an environment for healthy competition where each participant will learn to exercise self-control, discipline and maturity in front of a large group of people. The structure of the competition will allow for cooperative learning and the opportunity to display one’s strengths, while teaching the public important information about Afro-Caribbean cultures. This will provide the youth participants with essential experiences that can help them achieve their full potential.
