Spanish Homebuyer's Workshop

OLCDC is hosting a homebuyer education workshop along with Miami Beach, that is to guide first-time homebuyers step by step through the home buying process. Workshops are FREE, but reservations are required. One-on-one counseling with an OLCDC certified Housing Counselor is also available. During each 8-hour homebuyer education workshop, attendees will hear presentations from industry professionals—lenders, realtors, home inspectors, closing agents, attorneys, etc.
