This training introduces participants to the most commonly needed resources for children and youth with disabilities and the agencies and systems in which they reside. Upon successful completion, those attending will have the tools necessary to direct families to helpful resources, and to advise them on how to navigate the systems of care in which these resources are found. The target audience includes Youth Development program staff, Service Partnership Care Coord.
