Beginning in 2004 as a health educator at Jackson Health System, Ms. Fabien swiftly transitioned to The Children's Trust in 2006, where she assumed roles ranging from program coordinator to her current position as chief programs officer. With a tenure spanning from 2006 to the present, her trajectory within the organization highlights her exceptional professional growth and dedication.
In her current role, Ms. Fabien oversees a dedicated team of 25 human services professionals at The Trust. She provides strategic leadership and guides the implementation of the organization's funding initiatives and awards. Her primary focus is to ensure that the services offered effectively meet the needs of the children and families of Miami-Dade County.
Ms. Fabien holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Florida International University. She furthered her education by earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Healthcare Administration/Management from Nova Southeastern University. In addition to her business and health care management education, Ms. Fabien earned an Associate of Science in Nursing from Miami Dade College and is currently licensed as a registered nurse in the State of Florida. Ms. Fabien’s diverse educational background highlights her dedication to continuous learning and professional growth.
