The City of North Miami Beach and the Commission on the Status of Women recognized the importance of getting involved in the fight to promote healthy living within our area. With cardiovascular disease being one of the leading causes of disability and death in the United States, our goal is to create an annual event that would be healthy, informative, and fun.
