Description: Youth programs that effectively incorporate physical activity ensure that children are learning habits that contribute to a healthy future. The Progressive Aerobic Cardiovascular Endurance Run (PACER) is a simple and fun way to measure endurance and overall fitness. In this workshop, you will learn how to administer and score this outcome measure to determine physical fitness. The workshop ensures proficiency in PACER assessment administration. If you attended and passed the PACER training within the past 12 months, the PACER Recertification is now offered online to those who are eligible. Please remember to arrive on time. Entrance to Project RISE trainings will not be permitted 15 minutes after scheduled start time.
