Ms. Mordica joined The Children’s Trust as a Program Manager in 2022. She dedicated many hours managing the life cycle of twenty Trust-funded contracts. She maintained collaborative working relationships with management and providers. She facilitated monthly meetings with school-based health providers and successfully coordinated The Children’s Trust HealthConnect Professional Development Conference.
Prior to joining The Trust, she received numerous awards and recognition for her dedication and exemplary performance as a Miami-Dade County Public Schools educator. During her teaching career, she dedicated many leadership hours as a Department Chairperson and Academy Leader. In August 2024, she was promoted to the position of Associate Director of Communications.
She is a graduate of New World School of the Arts, Howard University, NOVA Southeastern University.
