Miami native Tatiana Canelas joined The Children’s Trust in 2018. She holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and a master’s degree in public administration from Florida International University. Prior to coming to The Trust, Ms. Canelas worked as the project coordinator for Quality Counts at the Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe; she more recently served as a program coordinator at Redlands Christian Migrant Association (RCMA) as a program coordinator.
Blanch joined the Trust in September 2006. She worked previously as a Research Associate III at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and brings to her position more than eight years' research experience in the areas of health and behavioral sciences.
Carol Brogan joined The Children's Trust in January 2016. She has held leadership roles in organizations of varying sizes with assorted missions including director of business development/training academy and special projects manager at Family Central, quality counts implementation manager at Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe, and education services manager at Miami-Dade County Head Start/Early Head Start.
Rachel Spector joined The Trust in November 2007. Ms. Spector brings over 20 years’ experience in the field of early care and education, having worked for both public and private organizations. A member of the Service Partnership/Violence Prevention team for several years, in August 2012 she was selected as the new administrator of Quality Counts. Currently, Ms. Spector is a senior program manager overseeing Early Childhood and Quality Counts, Program and Professional Development, and the Innovation Fund. Prior to joining The Trust, Ms.
Yurena joined The Children's Trust in October 2007 as an administrative assistant. Ms. Driggs worked previously as a legal secretary for the law firm of Sadow & Gorowitz P.A., and prior to that with Gus Machado Ford as a receptionist.
She earned her Associate's Degree in Nursing from Miami-Dade College.
