Sebastian joined The Trust in June 2019. A professional communicator with over 22 years of experience, he has spent his career working for numerous media companies in South Florida. Starting as a general assignment reporter for local newspapers, Sebastian would go on to become the senior writer for a national magazine, work for local and national broadcast companies, and even sharpen his social media storytelling craft for numerous communication organizations. In recent years, he has led content marketing projects from inception to successful realization for a variety of entities.
Colombia-born Ximena Nunez joined The Children’s Trust in 2019.
A passionate marketing executive with more than 15 years of advertising experience, Ms. Nunez’s career began at BBDO Miami working with global brands such as Pepsi, Visa and FedEx. In 2004 she joined DDB Latina to manage the agency’s ExxonMobil account for Latin America, where she served as regional group account director. She has also lead digital strategy initiatives for other brands, such as Stanley, Black+Decker and Palace Resorts Weddings, to name a few.
Erika joined the Trust in February 2015. Ms. Dambreville brings seven years of experience in the administrative field from previous employment at a Coral Gables accounting firm. A native of Miami (Kendall) and graduate of Miami Killian Senior High School.
Erika earned an associate’s degree in psychology at Miami Dade College. As a favorite pastime, she enjoys teaching Zumba classes, helping others to become healthier and happier.
Felix Becerra joined The Trust in July 2006; he manages a variety of communcations projects for The Children's Trust. These include ensuring brand consistency, production of collateral materials, web development, social media strategy, broadcast campaigns and event planning.
Mr. Becerra's professional experience includes web design, collateral design, advertising, photography, print, television and event production.
Mr. Becerra is a regular volunteer with local nonprofit organizations promoting the arts and environmental conservation.
Sandra joined The Trust in September 2007 bringing more than 10 years experience as a communications professional. Prior to joining The Trust, she worked as a Promotions Marketing & Sponsorship manager for one of the area's leading events, and as a major market television news producer and promotions producer for a leading Spanish-language television network.
