Miami native Tatiana Canelas joined The Children’s Trust in 2018. She holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and a master’s degree in public administration from Florida International University. Prior to coming to The Trust, Ms. Canelas worked as the project coordinator for Quality Counts at the Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe; she more recently served as a program coordinator at Redlands Christian Migrant Association (RCMA) as a program coordinator.
Programs - Northwest
Urania (Ury) Vergara joined The Children’s Trust in September 2008. She brought with her extensive experience in government procurement, and contract management of state and local programs serving children and families in Florida. Prior to joining The Trust Ms. Vergara worked as a contract manager for the Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe and served as a community based care contract manager for the Florida Department of Children & Families, District 11 (Miami-Dade and Monroe counties).
Cravel joined The Children's Trust in March 2006. Previously employed at ChildNet Services in Broward County, Mr. Holmes brings over 13 years experience working with youth programs, including foster care, residential juvenile justice and the Broward County Urban League.
In May 2009, Mr. Holmes transitioned from the Starter Grant team, where he began with The Trust, to his current position with the Out-of-School team.
Mr. Holmes earned his B.A. in Criminal Justice from Florida Metropolitan University in Pompano Beach.
Sabine joined The Trust in August 2006. She worked previously as an administrative assistant to the vice president of Florida Atlantic University and also as an account executive with Comcast.
With The Trust, she worked first on the Starter Grant team, moved to Out-of-School and then to her previous position on the Early Childhood & Health Development team.
Mrs. Dulcio earned her B.S. in Health Service Administration from Florida International University.
