Josefina Greene

Josefina joined The Trust in January 2007. Mrs. Greene brings over 10 years of experience in education to her position of program coordinator. She worked previously as a curriculum specialist for Catholic Charities where she supervised five out-of-school programs. Her experience also includes directing programs in abuse prevention education and working with individuals with autism. 

Mrs. Greene holds a B.A. in Psychology (Florida International University) and completed certification course work in Elementary Education also from FIU.

Kathleen Dexter

Kathleen joined The Trust in November 2005. She served previously as the Director of Healthy Families Broward (HFB). Prior to HFB, Ms. Dexter was employed at Children's Home Society, Intercoastal Division (Broward) for 27 years; her last position with the agency was as Director of Program Operations. 

Ms. Dexter is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in the design, implementation and monitoring of programs in the areas of child and family services, prevention and early intervention, maternal and child health, and developmental disabilities. 

Deborah Robinson

Joined The Trust in February of 2004. Previously, Substance Abuse & Mental Health Supervisor for District 11 (Miami-Dade & Monroe County) Department of Children & Families. Has over 15 years of experience working in policy development, regulating and licensing substance abuse agencies. 

Bachelor's Degree: University of Florida, Master's Degree in Health Services Administration: Florida International University. Certified as Addiction Prevention Professional and Certified Addiction Professional.
