Victoria Cividini

Victoria Cividini is a Miami native by way of Argentina, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Ms. Cividini joined The Children’s Trust in 2019 where she serves as a Program Manager. 
 
Ms. Cividini has a background spanning the private and public sectors, most recently serving as a digital analyst and "right hand" to the chief data and digital officer of the State of Massachusetts. In that role, she managed special projects and liaised with both digital and engagement teams across the over 150 Commonwealth agencies in support of their digital transformation efforts.

Rachel Spector

Rachel Spector joined The Trust in November 2007. Ms. Spector brings over 25 years’ experience in the field of early care and education, having worked for both public and private organizations. Ms. Spector is Associate Director of Programs overseeing Early Childhood (Thrive by 5), K-5 after-school and summer services and the Innovation Fund. Prior to joining The Trust, Ms. Spector worked on a project for teen parents at the Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe and also as the coordinator of an Infant Mental Health program for Family Central.

Marisela D'Windt

Marisela joined The Trust in October 2006. An accomplished professional with extensive experience in the legal and social field, Ms. D'Windt served in her native Venezuela as a Family and Juvenile Judge and Family Mediator. In the United States, she has worked as a Foreign Attorney and is recognized as a certified Florida child professional.

She holds a Degree in Law, a Master in Children and Family Law(LL.M), and Doctor in Jurisprudence (S.J.D)

Ms. D'Windt attended Harvard Law School's Mediation Program and Georgetown University's American Legal Mediation System.

Yurena Driggs

Yurena joined The Children's Trust in October 2007 as an administrative assistant. Ms. Driggs worked previously as a legal secretary for the law firm of Sadow & Gorowitz P.A., and prior to that with Gus Machado Ford as a receptionist.

She earned her Associate's Degree in Nursing from Miami-Dade College.
