Victoria Cividini

Victoria Cividini is a Miami native by way of Argentina, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Ms. Cividini joined The Children’s Trust in 2019 where she serves as a Program Manager. 
 
Ms. Cividini has a background spanning the private and public sectors, most recently serving as a digital analyst and "right hand" to the chief data and digital officer of the State of Massachusetts. In that role, she managed special projects and liaised with both digital and engagement teams across the over 150 Commonwealth agencies in support of their digital transformation efforts.

Shawnalee Vassell

A New York transplant, Shawnalee Vassell joined The Children’s Trust in 2019. She has over 12 years of nonprofit experience working in various positions from operations management to development. Ms. Vassell has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a dual master’s in International Administration and Public Health with a focus on Human Behaviors at the University of Miami. She is passionately moved by causes involving human rights, women’s empowerment, healthcare reform and global health, and volunteers on behalf of many of those causes. 

Tatiana Canelas

Miami native Tatiana Canelas joined The Children’s Trust in 2018. She holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and a master’s degree in public administration from Florida International University. Prior to coming to The Trust, Ms. Canelas worked as the project coordinator for Quality Counts at the Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe; she more recently served as a program coordinator at Redlands Christian Migrant Association (RCMA) as a program coordinator.

Carol Brogan

Carol Brogan joined The Children's Trust in January 2016. She has held leadership roles in organizations of varying sizes with assorted missions including director of business development/training academy and special projects manager at Family Central, quality counts implementation manager at Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe, and education services manager at Miami-Dade County Head Start/Early Head Start.

Rachel Spector

Rachel Spector joined The Trust in November 2007. Ms. Spector brings over 25 years’ experience in the field of early care and education, having worked for both public and private organizations. Ms. Spector is Associate Director of Programs overseeing Early Childhood (Thrive by 5), K-5 after-school and summer services and the Innovation Fund. Prior to joining The Trust, Ms. Spector worked on a project for teen parents at the Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe and also as the coordinator of an Infant Mental Health program for Family Central.

Yurena Driggs

Yurena joined The Children's Trust in October 2007 as an administrative assistant. Ms. Driggs worked previously as a legal secretary for the law firm of Sadow & Gorowitz P.A., and prior to that with Gus Machado Ford as a receptionist.

She earned her Associate's Degree in Nursing from Miami-Dade College.
