Natalia Zea

Natalia Zea serves as Chief Public Policy & Community Engagement Officer for The Children’s Trust, utilizing two decades of experience in government administration, community engagement, journalism, public affairs, and resource development. In this role she oversees two incredible teams of dedicated professionals in the areas of public policy, community engagement, and communications.

Sebastian del Mármol

Sebastian joined The Trust in June 2019. A professional communicator with over two decades of experience, he has spent his career working for numerous media companies in South Florida. Starting as a general assignment reporter for local newspapers, Sebastian would go on to become the senior writer for a national magazine, work for local and national broadcast companies, and even sharpen his social media storytelling craft for numerous communication organizations. In recent years, he has led content marketing projects from inception to successful realization for a variety of entities.

Ximena Nunez

Colombia-born Ximena Nunez joined The Children’s Trust in 2019. 

A passionate marketing executive with more than 15 years of advertising experience, Ms. Nunez’s career began at BBDO Miami working with global brands such as Pepsi, Visa and FedEx. In 2004 she joined DDB Latina to manage the agency’s ExxonMobil account for Latin America, where she served as regional group account director. She has also led digital strategy initiatives for other brands, such as Stanley, Black+Decker and Palace Resorts Weddings, to name a few.

Felix Becerra

Felix Becerra joined The Trust in July 2006; he manages a variety of communcations projects for The Children's Trust. These include ensuring brand consistency, production of collateral materials, web development, social media strategy, broadcast campaigns and event planning.

Mr. Becerra's professional experience includes web design, collateral design, advertising, photography, print, television and event production.

Mr. Becerra is a regular volunteer with local nonprofit organizations promoting the arts and environmental conservation.
