Youth Development Application Training for Existing Providers

Provider Activities

Important Imformation

  1. Register for the appropriate session as the content will vary for new vs. existing applicants 
    • Existing applicants (currently funded within after school, summer camp or youth development initiatives) – Wednesday, December 14 
    • New applicants (applicants new to this initiative or not currently funded by The Trust) – Friday, December 15 -OR- Monday, December 18  
  2. Registered guests will receive materials prior to the meeting 
  3. Come early to ensure ample time for check-in 
  4. Watch the Bidders' video released along with the solicitation prior to the Application Training 
  5. Review the RFP content prior to the Application Training 
  6. It is recommended to bring your laptop (wireless connection will be available)   
  7. Online videos covering the same content as the live trainings will also be available for applicants unable to attend in person. When available, these videos will be posted in the resources section of the RFP. 
  8. Food/snacks will NOT be provided 

Parking/Transporation

  1. Limited parking will be available at the Pavia Parking Garage. Leave parking ticket on your dashboard. Walk to the Shalala Student Center - Center Ballroom 
  2. Public transportation is highly recommended. Metrorail -> University Station -> Walk or take the UM shuttle to the Shalala Student Center - Center Ballroom 
  3. Make sure to review the map for walking instructions from the Pavia Parking Garage to the Shalala Student Center.
