Contract Management Success Series: Accessing & Understanding Your Data (YD K-5 Programs)

The Children’s Trust is hosting PAR, YEN and YAS initiative-specific workshops on accessing and analyzing data in Trust Central.
 
These sessions will offer participants practical methods to:
 
• Navigate Trust Central to access programmatic data.
• Monitor enrollment to assess recruitment efforts.
• Track program participation and testing to ensure progress.
• Identify patterns, challenges, successes and opportunities through data analysis.
• Implement best practices for continuous quality improvement.
• Network with other Trust-funded providers to exchange ideas and protocols that work.
 
Who should attend: program management staff in charge of continuous quality improvements of your program.
 
Please note that this is NOT a data entry tutorial; it is a workshop that will give you the tools you need to take advantage of and benefit from your data tracking efforts in order to improve the quality and implementation of your programs! • Parenting Programs: Tuesday, November 27, 1:30 – 3:30 p.m.
• Youth Development K-5 (YAS): Wednesday, November 28, 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. and Thursday, November 29, 1:30 – 3:30 p.m.
• Youth Development 6-12 (YEN): Wednesday, November 28, 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. and Thursday, November 29, 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.
