On April 14th, The Community Health & Empowerment Network in collaboration with Councilman Philippe Bien-aime and Councilwoman Carol Keys will host The 2nd Annual Spring Into Health Community Health Fair and 5k Run. Bringing services to the community to Combat Childhood Obesity and Promote Good Health. Join the fight! Register to walk/run/bike, volunteer, donate, participate as a provider or just plan to attend. Free health screening: (kids physicals, BMI, STD & HIV, Blood Pressure, Glucose, mammograms and more) entertainment, food, music, prizes and more!!
