Utilization Report Guide - This guide enables you to understand and interpret a utilization report generated by Data Tracker. A utilization report provides users with a “snapshot” of how a program is doing for a specified date range. It is also one of the many tools the Trust uses to monitor programmatic data collection over the course of a contract period.

Frequently Asked Questions (Rev 10-27-09) - The FAQ document provides solutions to problems commonly encountered by Data Tracker users. Before contacting Tracker Support, use this document first to try and troubleshoot your problem.

Demographics Dictionary (Rev 10-27-09) - Programs funded by the Trust are usually required to collect demographics information on the participants they serve. The Demographics Dictionary will provide clarity on what fields are required for data reporting purposes as well as definitions for race, ethnicity and disability type/documentation.
