Data Tracker is The Children’s Trust electronic data input and monitoring system. In this section of the website, you will find helpful and informative documents that will assist you when using Data Tracker to report data to the Trust. Each document is accompanied by a brief description and can be downloaded directly from this page. Please refer to the documents here as often as necessary; they will help you troubleshoot common problems and allow you to become more familiar with the Data Tracker system. Aggregate Outcome Reporting Guide – This detailed guide offers step-by-step instructions on how to enter, edit, and submit aggregate outcome information in Data Tracker. This document is useful for service providers funded by any Trust initiative (including Youth Development, Service Partnerships, Health, Youth Violence Prevention, Early Childhood, Out-of-School, etc).

Utilization Report Guide - This guide enables you to understand and interpret a utilization report generated by Data Tracker. A utilization report provides users with a “snapshot” of how a program is doing for a specified date range. It is also one of the many tools the Trust uses to monitor programmatic data collection over the course of a contract period.

Frequently Asked Questions (Rev 10-27-09) - The FAQ document provides solutions to problems commonly encountered by Data Tracker users. Questions and accompanying answers are organized by topic, such as Sites and Groups, Attendance and Output entry. Before contacting Tracker Support, use this document first to try and troubleshoot your problem.

Demographics Dictionary (Rev 10-27-09) - Programs funded by the Trust are usually required to collect demographics information on the participants they serve. The Demographics Dictionary will provide clarity on what fields are required for data reporting purposes as well as definitions for race, ethnicity and disability type/documentation.

PACER Quick Reference Guide (Rev 10-27-09) - For Out of School providers only. The PACER Quick Reference Guide will provide you with more detailed instructions on how to input PACER Outcome data into Data Tracker. The guide provides screen shots along with written instructions.
