Download the recommendations generated for the four topic areas of the “Miami-Dade Cradle to Prison Pipeline® Community Forum,” hosted in October 2009 by the Judicial Circuit 11 Juvenile Justice Board with support from The Children’s Trust. A cross-section of more than 350 community leaders, youth, law enforcement representatives, parents, educators and activists attended the forum, inspired in part by a nationwide initiative spurred by renowned activist Marian Wright Edelman.

SUPPORT the Blueprint Commission’s reform recommendations.

PRESERVE funding for Juvenile Assessment Centers (JACs) in areas with high need and utilization.
