Strategic Planning Meetings of the Board of The Children's Trust
We scheduled educational sessions before regularly scheduled board meetings in January and February for efficient use of time that culminated in an all-day Board retreat in March. We had three community forums at North, Central and South locations to gather input from the public and providers on the plan prior to the investment plan being brought to the Board for adoption in April 2010.
