What is WebGrants?
It's a Web-based funding application system that allows The Children's Trust to create, edit and manage the approval of funding application forms. Applicants are able to login and manage their applications as well. WebGrants combines a user-friendly interface with a robust database access and security.

What is the Cone of Silence?
Applicants are advised that The Children’s Trust is subject to the "Cone of Silence" in accordance with Miami-Dade County Ordinances, Section 2-11.1(t) "Conflicts of Interest and Code of Ethics: Cone of Silence." The Cone of Silence may be viewed in its entirety at www.miamidade.gov/ethics/.

How would you define conflict of Interest?
The State and County conflict of interest laws apply to this RFP and its contracts. These laws can be viewed at www.ethics.state.fl.us and at www.miamidade.gov/ethics/. All applicants must disclose the name of any officer, director or agency who is also an employee of The Children"s trust or a member of its board of directors. All applicants must disclose the name of any Trust employee who owns, directly or indirectly, any interest in the applicant"s business or any of its branches. Such disclosure must be submitted as a /CEO, no later than the proposal deadline.
