Fun for the Whole Family at The Children's Trust Family Expo!
Parents and children alike will enjoy the free fun-filled, resource-rich The Children's Trust Family Expo!, which takes place Saturday, Sept. 13, in and outside Arnold Hall at the Miami-Dade County Fair and Expo grounds from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Registration deadline is Wednesday, May 28 for providers to request space in the exhibition hall. The response from service providers and agencies has been overwhelming. Attendees to the Expo can stroll through more than 200 information booths in the exhibition hall to learn about a wide range of services and programs - KidCare (Florida health care for kids), parenting tips, programs for children with special needs, summer programs, injury prevention, pre-K registration and so much more. All part of the educational fun at the Family Expo!

Children and youths will love the clowns, mime and magicians; facepainters; storytellers, slides, bounce houses, rock-climbing walls; games and raffles; and many food vendors. 

 
Thousands are expected for the second annual fair which convenes social service agencies and programs that enrich the lives of Miami-Dade County children and families all under one roof for this fabulous event.

*Please note that exhibitor’s booths must be staffed at all times during show hours. Exhibitors are not allowed to just drop off information and leave the booth without a representative being present. If your organization cannot commit to staffing your booth during the entire event, please do not register to participate.

Booths at the Family Expo are 10’ x 10’. Each booth has one 8’ skirted table, two chairs and a booth identification sign (this is just a sign with the name of your organization and the booth number).

Electrical needs may include the use of a computer, DVD player or TV sets or screens for presentations that will need to be plugged in. Access to electrical outlets is limited. Please plan on bringing your own extension cord(s), since we will not be providing them for exhibitors.
