While our existing providers have all attended training sessions on this new system, new providers should check our calendar for upcoming training sessions. 

The outgoing system, which was accessed through Tapestry, will remain “View Only” following the migration to the new Data Tracker.

The new Data Tracker...

  • Lets you create your own user name/password (previously generated by the system)
  • View newly introduced data immediately for a new client (no 24-hour wait)
  • Correct data entry errors
  • Open and close accounts for your agency (previously controlled by TCT)
  • Improves separation between data areas (out-of-school, promotion and prevention, etc.)
  • Adds multi-service sites function
  • Changes monthly attendance to date range (more flexible attendance interface)
  • Adds multi-session, utilization reports
  • Allows providers to see reports in the same way as TCT program coordinators do
  • Lets you assign multiple sites while entering data
