When: 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM Trainer: The Children's Trust Staff Out-of-School Staff Contact Phone: 305-571-5700 ext 227 Description: This REQUIRED training provides detailed information regarding many of the processes that you need to know to do business with The Children's Trust. Each module will present a different aspect of operating a program funded by the Children's Trust. This training will be all day, however we encourage you to find the right person to attend each module, i.e. the person that handles finances in your organization should attend the finance module, while the program leaders should attend the two program modules. Module 1: Administration and Finance This training will address contract management topics including invoicing, budget management and revisions, audits, insurance, administrative/fiscal monitoring, background screening, capital equipment, record retention, incident reporting & more.
