The City of North Miami Police Department, in partnership with our Police Athletic League (PAL), The Children’s Trust and Johnson & Wales University will sponsor our annual Families Against Crime Together (FACT) Festival on Saturday, March 20, 2010. The Festival will be held at Griffing Park, located at N.E. 123rd Street and West Dixie Highway, from 10:00am until 2:00pm. As in previous years, there will be an appearance from the Miami Dolphins football players and cheerleaders.

This free event is open to the public and all ages are welcome. Learn about crime prevention, gang awareness, how to best use the 911 system, water safety, drug awareness and prevention, and much more! Meet your community police officers and Police Chief Clint Shannon. Children will enjoy the chance to see rescue trucks, police boats and more!

Bring your family for a day filled with fun, giveaways and education on services that are available in our community.
