POSITION TITLE: IT Project Manager
The IT Project Manager’s role is to (1) plan and manage the delivery of business systems solutions and technical support services in support of business objectives and ongoing operations, and (2) assist in the streamlined operation of the IT Department in alignment with the business objectives of the organization.

Five (5) to ten (10) years experience as an IT project manager, and at least 5 years supervisory experience leading small to mid-sized technology teams. A Masters level degree in Information Technology Systems, an MBA with an information technology background, or related degree strongly preferred. An equivalent combination of related education and experience will be considered.

POSITION TITLE: Administrative Assistant II
This Administrative Assistant II position will serve several business units including Training, Starter Grants, Non-Service Contracts and senior management.

Candidates for this position must have advanced Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis in EXCEL and ACCESS as well as an ability to work under the direction of several supervisors.

An Associates degree and not less than three (3) years successful experience in a government or non-profit agency or, other highly complex organizational environment is required and must be reflected in the applicants work history.

POSITION TITLE: Research & Evaluation Analyst
The Research and Evaluation Analyst is primarily responsible for conducting extensive data analyses, producing evaluation reports that interpret and explain results, and present information to decision makers for use in allocating funds, establishing policies, improving program performance, enhancing systems, and ensuring accountability.

The incumbent will possess a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Sciences, Education, Public Health, or related field; at least three years experience in conducting independent research, process and outcome evaluations in the social sciences related to children and families. Must possess proficiency in the use of SPSS or another similar statistical program.

POSITION TITLE: IT Documentation and Training Specialist
The Children's Trust information systems team is responsible for the design, development and maintenance of software components, digital products, database driven and other web applications, servicing the various business units throughout The Children's Trust, its community networks and provider partnerships.

The IT Documentation & Training Specialist is a technical and instructional expert who ensures that our end users have clear and concise documentation, a superior learning experience in person, on the phone or on-line and, exceptional learning tools for all of our technical applications.
